The Cartoon Museum in London, collects, exhibits, promotes and preserves the best of British cartoon,
caricature and comic art from the 18th century to the present day. The Cartoon Museum will be moving in February 2019 from its current
home in Little Russell Street, Holborn to a new permanent home at 55 Wells Street, London.
The National Art Library, Victoria and Albert Museum, has a large comic art
collection (comic and cartoon art). This forms part of the Library's Special Collections.
The British Newspaper Archive at the British Library's
Reading Rooms in St Pancras, London and in Boston Spa, West Yorkshire.
The British Library's newspaper collections contain most newspapers published in the UK since 1800.
